Once we get your purchase order, our procurement team takes care of placing the order directly with the factory. Our expediting department ensures that the factory delivers on time without any additional costs – it’s one of the extra benefits we provide.

 

When the shipment arrives at our receiving department, we meticulously check and count each item. We also inspect for any damages. If we find damaged items, we make sure the factory replaces them before export. If any item isn’t clearly labeled with the manufacturer’s part number, we take care of labeling it for easy identification by your receiving department. And, just to be clear, these additional services won’t cost you anything.

 

In case the factory misses including any items in the shipment, we fix the issue before exporting. This ensures that when your order arrives, the end user isn’t disappointed, and it prevents potential costly shutdowns of the project. We’ve got it all covered for you!
