What
will an EPC cost?
At Express EPC we believe in treating customers fairly
and offering our price to the market in a clear format
with no hidden charges. We will not bill the Agent or
the Solicitor; we bill the Customer directly putting you
in control. This is your Energy Performance Certificate
for their use with your permission. This helps drive down
the costs without compromise on level of service.
At Express EPC we realise that the time and expense to
our Assessors will differ from property to property and
from area to area. For instance the resource needed to
visit a 1 bedroom apartment in a city compared to visiting
a detached rural dwelling in a townland in Fermanagh may
be quite different.
Our pricing has been based on a threshold of square footage
and is as follows:
- Property under 2000 sq Ft £110
Now £55.00 Inc VAT
- Property above 2000 sq Ft £145
Now £55.00 Inc VAT
