Since 2004 Express Surveyors Ltd has been offering the
services of a team of highly qualified and experienced
RICS chartered surveyors to the Northern Ireland Property
market. The team have a wealth of experience with every
member having been a professional in the property market

Express
EPC
With the majority of our team having already attained
qualifications in relation to Energy Rating of property
over many years this extension to Domestic Energy Assessor
standard for EPC production has been a straight forward
process. Express EPC will focus on the production of reports
for our associates in Agents and Solicitors as well as
directly to the general public.
All our Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) comply with the
Elmhurst
Code of Conduct which is designed to represent a transparent
system of conduct and regulation.
